The first and every further use of this tool indicates that you are completely acquainted with these Terms, that they are clear and that you accept them. TERA is obliged to respect the anonymity and privacy of the e-tool users. TERA is allowed to collect personal information of the user, such as name, address, personal identification number, phone number or e-mail address, only if voluntarily provided by the user via the e-tool.
The documents, data and information published in the e-tool are not to be reproduced, distributed or in any way used for commercial purposes without the explicit consent of TERA or in any way that can cause damage to TERA or third parties. Documents, data and information published in this e-tool can be used only for individual needs of users, in compliance with copyrights, property rights and third parties’ rights.
By using the contents of this e-tool the user accepts all the risks that can arise from using the e-tool and agrees to use the contents of this e-tool only for individual use and on his/her own responsibility.
TERA Tehnopolis Ltd. is renouncing any responsibilities that can in any way occur or are in any way connected to the use of this e-tool, for any of the users’ acts of use or misuse of this e-tool, as well as for any damage to the user or any third party connected to the use or misuse of the contents of this e-tool.
By posting content and materials on this e-tool, you automatically give (or guarantee that you have the owner’s explicit consent) TERA irrevocable, constant and exclusive rights and licence for use, adaptation and alteration, implementation in other works, translations, publications, transfer, and distribution all over the domain of the above mentioned material, in any shape and via all currently available and future media, for any purpose and royalty free.
The users of the e-tool accept that there will be no royalties paid for the entered data. Every person, who enters content voluntarily, guarantees under the full criminal and material liability that the entered content is exclusively their ownership and that they own copyright. If TERA suffers any damage due to the publication of these materials, those who delivered the content are obliged to compensate the damage in full.
TERA is renouncing any responsibility connected to the information delivered by third parties.
If the e-tool offers a possibility of connecting to other Internet sites that TERA have no influence on, TERA is not responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the contents of other Internet sites, or for any negative consequences caused by using other Internet sites.
TERA is obliged to respect the anonymity and privacy of the users of this e-tool. TERA retains the right to alter the contents of this e-tool and will not be held responsible for any possible consequences caused by those alterations.
TERA retains the right to alter the Terms of Use. The users will be notified about every alteration of the Terms of Use in due time and appropriate manner. Alterations of the Terms of Use are valid from the date of the publication on TERA Tehnopolis Ltd. webpage.
These Terms of Use have been valid since 19.4.2018, until an alteration notice.
